nucally started with a simple conversation. I was talking with a hotel manager while he was at work, but he had to stay close to the reception desk in case the phone rang. He could not give our conversation his full attention.

That moment stayed with me. Many businesses do not have enough staff to answer every call, and they lose potential customers because of it. With the right technology, we can at least automate this problem. So I built nucally: an AI receptionist that answers every call, day and night, in 70+ languages. It answers questions, books appointments and passes urgent calls to the right person.

My goal is not to replace receptionists or call support agents. My goal is to make sure that even a business with a small team gets every call answered. nucally is built and hosted in Germany, it is GDPR compliant, and I set up and support every customer personally.
